Abstract: 

INTERNET is going to change society's life, especially youth. INTERNET appeal attracts young people to select computer instead of interaction with their parents or the same age people which is leads to social isolation. This article purpose is pathological study of virtual space. So INTERNET using impact on youth's social isolation is investigated by a researcher made questionnaire (n=220 university students). Results show that one of the most influential variables on social isolation is social using of INTERNET. INTERNET using has a direct impact on social isolation (beta=24%).

Abstract: 

The aim of this paper is to consider whether critical rationalism has any ideas which could usefully be applied to the INTERNET.  Today we tend to take the INTERNET for granted and it is easy to forget that it was only about two decades ago that it began to be used to any significant extent. Accordingly in section 1 of the paper, there is a brief consideration of the history of the INTERNET.  At first sight this makes it looks implausible that any of Popper’s ideas could be applicable to the INTERNET, since Popper died before the INTERNET came into general use.  However, section 2 argues that Popper’s theory of World 3 does apply very well to the INTERNET.  This application is significant because, as shown in section 3, it leads to the problem of misinformation, which is one of the most significant problems generated by the INTERNET.  In section 4 there is an attempt to solve this problem using ideas taken from Popper’s epistemology. It is argued that there should be changes in education designed to prepare students for the INTERNET age. Teaching in the INTERNET age should focus on presenting to the students not just the accepted theories but also the evidence on which they are based. An illustration of how this might be done is given by considering an example from science teaching, namely the teaching of Newtonian mechanics in the last years of school or first years of university.

Abstract: 

The current research was conducted by examining the positive and negative effects of virtual spaces and new technologies on the mental health and lifestyle of students in the second year of elementary school. The statistical population included the students of the second year of elementary school, about 500 people who were studying in the academic year of 1402-1401 in Tehran province, Roudhen region. The statistical sample was estimated to be 350 people according to the table of Karjesi and Morgan, who were selected by random cluster sampling. To collect the data, the questionnaire of virtual space injuries and new technologies have been used. In this research, after confirming the validity, the reliability of each questionnaire was calculated as 0.80 and 0.82 respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. At the descriptive level, indicators such as mean, variance, standard deviation, frequency and percentage were used. To test the hypotheses of the research, one-sample t-test, Friedman's analysis was used; and with the help of SPSS 22 software was used. The results indicate that the virtual space causes harm such as generation gap, addiction to virtual space, social isolation, conflict of values, etcachers.

Abstract: 

The newest and biggest legal challenge facing the virtual space is the type of facing people's right to access this space. With the presence of many children in this space, the possibility of these people becoming victims increases, and on the other hand, in some cases, these children commit crimes with damages that are almost impossible to cause by them in traditional crimes, so the legislator must first Examine the access of children and teenagers to cyber space. In this research, the violation of the rights of children and teenagers as a result of their access to cyberspace will be discussed with emphasis on the violation of their rights in education, and this question will be considered that the right of access of children and teenagers to cyberspace causes the violation of their rights. ? The results of the research show that violation of the right to health, violation of the right to education, and violation of the right to privacy will be among the effects of children's unrestricted access to the INTERNET and virtual space.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, virtual technology has left its impact on all the aspects and dimensions of human life. As with the emergence of traditional and industrial technologies in the past, people's ideas about many things, including lifestyles, production and productivity processes, work and labor systems, industrial and professional services, social relations and education, etc., have changed. Concepts have also undergone semantic and conceptual transformations. For example, the emergence of concepts such as cyber democracy, technological revolution, media literacy, digital enlightenment, digital identity, and... are also among the changes and transformations that have occurred under the influence of the emergence of new technologies. In this article, we will mention the consequences of the evolution of new technologies in the field of education and especially the turns that occur in education and training due to technological advances.Keywords: Virtual Space, Challenges, Deterritorialization, Turn, Education, Pedagogy Synopsis: The emergence of new technologies even by entering scientific categories has also created changes in the relevant fields, including the entry of technology into the realm of biology under the title of bio-technology and special attention to the human genome project and then explaining its implications regarding ethics and political considerations, as well as trying to solve problems caused by genetic disabilities in the matter of learning. With the advent of the computer, scientific work in the field of psychology has also changed, as with the presence of the computer, new models of mental and cognitive development and growth have emerged, which have generally transformed the processes and mechanisms and the content of mental development and transformation, as well as intelligence-based learning. The consequences of new technologies, especially the new information and communication technologies like Artificial Intelligence that have generally emerged in the form of virtual spaces, are considered a fundamental challenge for social, cultural, economic, and especially educational systems. This challenge can be considered negative and also positive. Why the aforementioned consequences are considered a positive challenge for some educational systems and a negative challenge for some educational systems is related to the philosophical, social, cultural, and ideological foundations governing those educational systems. This article seeks to propose the basic point that by accepting the inevitable presence of virtual space in the educational system, there will be a turn in the orientations, foundations, goals, and pedagogical processes of the educational system that this turn may be positive for some educational system or considered negative for some other educational system. These turns have a special challenging feature for the educational system that is mentioned in this article; including turning from technological education philosophy to technological philosophy of education, turning from striated space to smooth space, turning from tracing to mapping, and finally turning from vertical folding to horizontal, that each of them creates a different image of the flow of education.It seems that what was said about the function of virtual space can be summarized in a general concept and that is deterritorialization, and this deterritorialization has a greater manifestation, especially in education. Because education itself includes a general spectrum of social and human life and in itself, it has almost everything that human and social life needs. It can be safely said that technology and virtual space are all the elements of education, including the foundations, goals, principles, methods, and mechanisms of educational evaluation, and in other words, mechanisms it has influenced the pedagogy. One of the most important consequences of technology and virtual space for education and training is deterritorialization in education. We are talking about a territory in which educational programs are supposed to be realized. This territory can be the same boundaries within which educational programs gain meaning. For this reason, any event that means removing the boundaries and if there is a defined gap in education is interpreted as a fundamental challenge for education.Conclusion: New Technologies Creates New Face of EducationAddressing the consequences of the presence of new technologies in various fields of life, including education, is at the top of the efforts of thinkers in the field of technology and education. Today, technology is undoubtedly not an independent category of human identity but is an undeniable part of existence and human life. Although in the view of technology as a tool, it has been a man who has tried to use it as he sees fit and manage it as he likes. But today, technology is not only a mediator between man and the environment; it is the factor of creating concepts, decentralization of knowledge, digital enlightenment, and creating new experiences, identities, and new facts. In addition to the developmental aspect of technology, exploration is also one of the existential functions of technology. Creating new concepts in education, creating New environments, and new pedagogies, presenting a new definition of a person and his identity, combining technology with human behavior and personality, etc. are among the functions of new technology, which, with the turns it creates, transforms the traditional and metaphysical ideas of education into marginalized and creates a new and creative perspective for education that should be taken into consideration by education philosophers on the one hand and educational policymakers on the other hand.

Abstract: 

This research is going to study important factors that effect on using virtual space among the young people (students of Tehran university).The method of this study according to the issue and its hypothesis was proceed throw a maid researcher questioner base on the theory and research.Eleven independent variables included: communicational literacy, long lasting using of INTERNET, social base, economical base, trust on virtual space, access to INTERNET, place of access to INTERNET, to be satisfied by services, age, sex and place of life.Population of this study includes 30000 students of Tehran university. The numbers of selected sample that was chosen according to Cochran Q test was 379. The researcher used inferential and descriptive statistics to analyze the data.The finding confirmed factors; communicational literacy, long lasting using of INTERNET, social base, trust on virtual space, access to INTERNET, place of access to INTERNET, to be satisfied by services, sex and place of life. except age and economical base have direct relation with using virtual space.

Abstract: 

Urban and local open spaces, through playing a vital role in social development of adolescents, should be a major part of their daily activities specially to address their need of interacting with peers. But in recent years, given the influence of the development of technology on adolescents' leisure-time activities, there is a potential that they have a cyberspace to meet this vital need of themselves without any physical movement or presence in urban spaces. The space that not only can make their leisure passive, individual and private, but also may possibly limit their presence in urban areas and their experience of objective atmosphere and communications. So the present study, using a survey method, examines the place of the INTERNET and urban spaces, and compares the durability and quality of RajaeiShahr's adolescents' presence in each of these spaces. Research sample consisted of 250 adolescents that were chosen through a quota sampling technique. Results showed that 88% of adolescents attended in cyberspace and 47% of them in urban areas in their daily leisure hours. The results also showed that there was a significant relationship between their background variables, socio-economic status, social security and identity, and their presence in these spaces. But there was no significant relationship between their gender, physical safety and financial security and their INTERNET use. In total, 59% of teens were active on cyberspace in the evenings, which is the best part of their leisure time to participate in urban areas, and based on analytical results as adolescents’ presence in cyberspace grows, their presence in urban spaces reduces.

Abstract: 

Background and purpose: In the discussion of the INTERNET space all over the world, two issues are always in conflict with each other. One is the right to public freedom and free networking, and the second is the right of sovereigns to control public order and the interests of the country. In this research, we examined the government's restrictive interventions and the current challenges of Iran were also listed. From this point of view, it was observed that the main and central issue of virtual space in the Islamic Republic of Iran - like many other countries - is the challenge and conflict between INTERNET governance and power. It is a network (in the general sense) with national power and sovereignty.Ethical considerations: In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are observed.Findings: The findings showed that the government's passive intervention with filtering tools is not effective, and in this context, there is a need to redesign the relationship between governance and the right of citizens to access cyberspace. Redesigning the relationship between governance and cyberspace means that in both areas of "governance with cyberspace" and "governance over cyberspace", there must be a correct balance between national governance and INTERNET governance (resulting from network power). Based on this, the redefinition of the mentioned relations, in terms of the goal in the form of guaranteeing the independence and maintaining the national sovereignty of the country, is emerging and in terms of structure and project, it is realized with the completion and development of the national information network.Result: The main component in formulating the ideal political theory of the Islamic Republic for cyberspace will be to preserve sovereignty through the redesign of the relationship between governance and cyberspace on the one hand, and to protect the INTERNET rights of citizens on the other hand. This redesign, as the main axis of the political theory of the Islamic Republic for virtual space, requires other components, including tools and processes.
